Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders above ₹499
• Orders below ₹499 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹49
• Shipping charges (if any) are shown clearly at checkout before you pay

Processing & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days
• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your pin code
• Remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer; we will inform you if there is a delay
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day

Service Area

We currently ship pan-India. Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pincode are correct at checkout so courier partners can deliver without delay.

After dispatch, tracking details (when available) will be shared by email / WhatsApp. You can also:

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery when possible, or contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the outer packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
