Yes. All products sold by Basava Ayurvedaa are FSSAI certified and packed under food safety standards.
What sizes / weights are available?
Green Gold Moringa Powder is available in 100 GRM, 250 GRM, 500 GRM, 1 KG and 5 KG packs so you can choose the size that suits your needs.
How do I use Moringa Powder?
Mix ½ to 1 teaspoon of Green Gold Moringa Powder in warm water, juice, smoothies, soups or food once daily. Start with a smaller quantity and increase as suited to your routine. This is a food supplement and not a medicine.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders above ₹499 get free shipping across India. For orders below that, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets), UPI, or Cash on Delivery where available at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your pin code.
Can I return a product?
Yes. We offer a 7-day return window for damaged, incorrect, or unopened products in original packaging. Contact us with your order ID and photos for support.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email. Logged-in customers can view past orders under My Orders. You can also WhatsApp or email us your order ID for status updates.
