7-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for the cases listed below. Please keep the original packaging and invoice ready.
Eligible Returns
- Product damaged during transit
- Wrong item or wrong weight/size shipped
- Sealed / unopened product (subject to approval)
- Manufacturing defect (rare; supported with photos)
Not Eligible
- Opened or partially used packs (unless defective)
- Products without original packaging or proof of purchase
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
- Change of mind after the product has been opened
How to Request a Return

- Share your Order ID, product name / weight, and clear photos
- Our team will review and confirm the next steps within 1–2 business days
- Approved returns are replaced or refunded as applicable
Refunds
Once a return is approved and (if required) the product is received back:
- Online payments — refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- COD orders — refund via UPI / bank transfer after details are shared
- Shipping fees are refundable only when the return is due to our error or transit damage
